At Unlimited Resources, people are the most important resource we deal with.  Our goal is to offer quality services and products with our guarantee of customer satisfaction.

PRODUCTS POLICY

If customers are not satisfied with a purchase we will gladly exchange it for another product of equal value or refund the original cost of product provided that the returned item has not been visibly used or damaged in any manner.  Customer pays for cost of return shipping.  Replacement items or refunds are sent after receipt of returned item.  In the event that an item has become damaged via shipment or original flaw we will replace it at no cost and pay the return shipping charges.

NSF charges will be applied.

SERVICES POLICY

We carefully interview customers to determine how best to meet their needs.  We strive to provide the highest quality service at economical prices.  Service agreements are formulated for specific time periods and tasks/goals.  At any time either client or service provider may cancel service contract with the prior written consent of other party.  While success is a desirable outcome, we do not control the forces of destiny!  We do, however, guarantee that specific measures agreed upon in the contract will be executed in order to generate successful outcomes.  We offer a network of referrals to other providers who can meet client needs if we are unable to.
